FAQs
Clear answers to the questions we’re asked most often, so you know what to expect before any work begins.

How long will my renovation take?
Timeframes depend on the type of work, the size of the project, and approvals required. Smaller renovations may take a few weeks, while larger extensions or rebuilds take longer. We give realistic timeframes upfront and keep you updated as the job moves along.
Will you organise planning and permits?
Yes. We handle council approvals, permits, and required documentation as part of the process, so you’re not left chasing paperwork or trying to work out what applies to your build.
How much will it cost?
Costs vary based on scope, materials, and site conditions. Once we understand what you’re planning, we provide a clear quote that outlines what’s included so you can make an informed decision before work starts.
Can I add another level to my house?
In many cases, yes — but it depends on your block, structure, and council rules. We’ll assess what’s possible and talk you through options that suit your home and budget.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. We take on a range of work, from smaller upgrades and repairs through to full builds. If the job makes sense and can be done properly, we’re happy to talk it through.
Will I be living in the house during the build?
That depends on the type of work being done. For some renovations, staying in the home is possible. For others, temporary relocation may be recommended. We’ll be upfront about this early so you can plan ahead.
How do I get started?
It starts with a conversation. Reach out with a brief outline of what you’re thinking, and we’ll talk through next steps and whether the project is the right fit.
